At Central, distance learning is conducted through a variety of media including two-way interactive television, online instruction, and satellite delivery.
There are 5 classroom studios are located on campus - one in the KMOS-TV facilities, the rest in the James C. Kirkpatrick Library. Students taking online classes utilize the Internet to make connection with their instructor, turning in assignments via e-mail or fax and discussing class topics with fellow classmates in chat room situations or by posting notes to an electronic bulletin board.
